2. Purpose of Amoure

No algorithm can replace real communication or your own judgement.

You keep your rights to photos, text and other material you post on Amoure.

By posting content, you confirm that you are entitled to use it and allow the service to technically store, process and display it according to your selected settings.

Please do not publish other people's photos, confidential information or material that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.

6. Moderation and safety

To protect users, Amoure may:

• review reports;
• hide or remove content;
• temporarily limit certain features;
• block or remove accounts;
• provide information to authorised authorities where required by law.

These measures may be used for rule violations, safety risks, fraud or attempts to interfere with the service.

8. Paid features, gold and gifts

Before a purchase, the service shows the price and main conditions of the paid feature.

Virtual gold, silver, gifts and other digital items are for use inside Amoure only. They are not bank funds, investments or currency and cannot be exchanged for money except where required by law.

9. Service availability

We work to keep Amoure stable and safe.

However, maintenance, updates, errors, temporary feature outages or data loss caused by circumstances that cannot be fully prevented may occur.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we aim to resolve problems as quickly as possible.

10. Responsibility and caution

Amoure is a technical platform for meeting and communication.

We cannot fully verify every profile, every user's intentions or behaviour outside the service.

Please be especially careful if someone asks you to:

• move to another messenger immediately;
• share your phone number, address or documents;
• send intimate photos;
• transfer money or pay for something;
• provide a password or verification code.

You are responsible for your decisions about meetings, communication and sharing personal information.

11. Changes to the service and these terms

Amoure is continually developing. We may add new features, change existing ones or stop supporting certain functions.

These terms may also be updated. Material changes will be published under a new document version, and renewed consent may be requested where necessary.

12. Stopping use and deleting an account

You may stop using Amoure at any time.

After a deletion request, the profile is hidden immediately and final deletion is completed according to the Privacy Policy and service settings.

Amoure may also restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these terms.
