Privacy Policy
We believe your personal information belongs to you. This policy explains in plain language what data Amoure uses, why it is needed and how you can control it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Service operator: Amoure. Address: Amoure. For privacy and data questions, use the Contact page or write to cc@amoure.cc.
2. Data we use
The service may process:
- registration and profile data;
- search, privacy and language settings;
- photos, messages and other files you upload voluntarily;
- test results and data required to estimate compatibility;
- reports, blocks, verification records and deletion requests;
- technical data, including IP address, user agent, cookies, session information and security logs.
We try not to collect information that is not needed to operate the service.
3. Why we need it
Data is used to:
- create and maintain your account;
- show profiles and suggest potentially compatible people;
- operate chats, gifts, notifications and other features;
- protect users from spam, fraud and abuse;
- answer support requests and comply with legal obligations;
- improve the service and run analytics only where the required consent exists.
4. Artificial intelligence
Some Amoure features use artificial intelligence. This may include recommendations, compatibility scoring, AI avatars, AI gifts and other features added as the project evolves.
AI supports the service, but it does not make personal decisions for you. The final choice always remains with the user.
5. Your photos and media
All photos and files you upload remain yours. You decide what to publish, who may see it and when to remove it.
After deletion, a photo or attachment is no longer available to other users. Some copies may remain temporarily in backups or deletion queues before being removed automatically.
6. Your conversations
Private conversations are available to the participants of that conversation. We do not use message content for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Automated systems may analyse messages and attachments only to detect spam, fraud, rule violations and other safety risks.
7. We do not keep data longer than necessary
Respect for privacy is not only about protecting data. It also means not keeping information without a real need.
We therefore remove data that is no longer required for the service. This may include:
- temporary files;
- deleted photos and attachments;
- incomplete uploads;
- temporary AI files;
- outdated technical logs;
- other information that is no longer used.
We do not collect or retain data “just in case”.
8. What happens after deletion
When you delete a photo, message, attachment or account, the relevant data becomes unavailable to other users.
Some data may remain temporarily in backups, technical logs or deletion queues for recovery from failures, abuse prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance. It is deleted or anonymised automatically once it is no longer required.
9. Account deletion
After an account deletion request, your profile is hidden from other users immediately.
Permanent deletion takes place after 7 days. During this period, deletion may be cancelled through the existing account recovery mechanism if it is available in the service interface.
10. Who may receive data
Access is limited to authorised persons and technical providers needed for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security and operation of the service.
We do not sell personal data to advertising networks. Data is shared only where necessary to operate the service, perform the agreement, protect users or comply with the law.
11. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may:
- request information about your data;
- correct or update it;
- download a copy of your account data;
- delete photos and other materials;
- restrict certain processing;
- withdraw optional consent;
- request account deletion;
- contact us with a question or complaint.
12. Security
We use access controls, session protection, logging, rate limits and other reasonable technical safeguards. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Please do not share passwords or verification codes, send identity documents to strangers, transfer money to people you barely know or send intimate photos to someone you do not yet trust.
If something feels suspicious, stop the conversation and use the reporting feature.
13. Changes to this policy
Amoure continues to evolve, so this policy may be updated. For material changes, we will update the document version and request renewed consent where required by law.
14. Contact
For privacy and data questions, use the Contact page or write to cc@amoure.cc.
Privacy is not an optional feature or a paid privilege. We see it as a basic right and try to make product decisions with that principle in mind.
